From 587 to 181 pounds Jim Fries shares a transformed life
Jim Fries, once 587 pounds, shares his journey to 181 pounds after dieting and an intestinal bypass. He says self confidence rose, enabling him to tie shoelaces and wear normal clothes again. He recalls years of misery, hunger, and conflict at work, blaming himself for fatness and criticizing others for letting themselves go.
