Relief plane returns to Mexico after hijack
A Mexicana Boeing 727 carrying 75 passengers and seven suspected bank robbers was hijacked and flown to Havana. After negotiations, four hijackers surrendered as two American consular staff and other passengers were treated well. The plane then returned to Mexico with 82 hostages freed, while the hijackers and robbed money were handed over to Cuban authorities.
