City Ballots Mailed In A Day Or Two

Bids Sought for 2750 Foot Western Pacific Tunnel
Sacramento bids invited for a 2750 foot three million dollar tunnel to relocate the Western Pacific Railroad around the planned Oroville Reservoir. The tunnel is the final piece of the five unit relocation project, aimed to keep the rail route dry when the Oroville Dam is completed in about two years.
