Touring with Ice Capades opens six day Long Beach run
Sally Pansing and Jan Wood, part of Ice Capades chorus of 36, travel 11 months a year. The 32nd year show starts with a six night stand at Long Beach Arena, then six weeks of rehearsals in Utica and Atlantic City before touring 30 cities in the United States and Canada. The dancers, averaging six costume changes per show, discuss life on the road, weight limits, and the fun of performing in front of varying audiences across North America.
