Demo solons rap snooping service in House Internal Security

Rep Don Edwards charged a data bank holds dossiers on hundreds of thousands, with access by Congress staff and about 400 federal agencies. He and allies want staff cuts and a slashed budget, arguing much spent on futile prosecutions and that the service is an improper use of public funds.
