California court hearing tied to Smut Law case in Calif
Knoxville City Court Judge Jesse Butler was charged on three counts including felonious assault and shooting in a dwelling following an incident at the home of former television personality Rex Barnes. A firearm was found, four more weapons seized, and Butler released on 7000 dollars bond.
