County counsel reorganization assigns condemnation duties
Larson a former University of Southern California Law School graduate and county legal staff member will be succeeded in condemnation work by Deputy County Counsel Richard L. Riemer. Flood control duties stay with Balor A. Kristovich. Riemer, 34, lives in La Mirada and joined the county in 1954 after private practice locally.
