Los Angeles AP The sole survivor of the Pacoima plane crash testified he did not see the DCT airliner before or after his jet interceptor sliced into it at 25 000 feet. Cumriss C Adams radar operator for Northrop Aviation described parachute escape and said the Scorpion jet radar was not operating during a maneuver. He said he focused on repairing a malfunctioning navigation aid and had finished radar checks when the collision occurred. He ejected as the impact turned fierce and hot inside the jet.
