Clean H-bomb progress discussed with Eisenhower in Washington

Atomic scientists from the University of California told President Eisenhower that the U S now may produce a hydrogen bomb about 95 percent free of radioactive fallout. Drs Ernest Lawrence Mark Mills and Edward Teller met with Chairman Lewis L Strauss and noted strides since June toward a clean H-bomb, while Strauss cautioned on answering questions about a fusion weapons moratorium.
