Humphrey spurns bid to back McGovern for nomination

United Press International reports with McGovern within 200 votes of a first ballot nomination at Miami Beach. Humphrey refuses to endorse, says he stays in to seek delegates while McGovern claims NY delegates and a 60 49 chance of winning on the first ballot. Kennedy denies any scenario involving a Kennedy nomination this year.
