Ehrlichman silent on Elisberg break in approval
Ehrlichman refused to confirm or deny approving a memo describing 1971 plans to burglarize Dr Daniel Ellsbergs former psychiatrist office. He said he approved some sort of proposal related to a White House inquiry into Ellsberg and the Pentagon Papers, while denying knowledge of a specific break in. He spoke after six hours of House subcommittee questioning and declined further comment.
