Kissinger sued over Pentagon Papers phone tap case
Dr. Morton H. Halperin, a former national security aide whose home phone was tapped during a White House search, filed a damage suit against Henry Kissinger and other officials. He says an FBI tap operated from 1969 to 1970 for up to 24 months and was disclosed May 10, 1973 during the Pentagon Papers trial.
