Leesburg presbyterian camp cancels due to threats
In Leesburg Florida the Weekiwachee camp program for Presbyterian youth is canceled for ten days because of threats of violence toward allowing Negroes to attend. Rev Terrell K Kirk and Hernando County residents report no specific individuals named, but the Brooksville area warning prompted the action. One camp was to serve white children and the other to allow youth from all churches ages 11 to 14.
