A Oklahoma City station holdup yielded a small cash loss, and a Colorado fireworks truck explosion caused minor damage. In London, Paris warned US stockpiles of atomic bombs on French soil may trigger shifts in Europe’s defense posture and possible reassignment of planes, amid Atlantic Congress debate.
