CLUB CALENDAR: Construction law talk and empire fair
The mid city chapter of NAWIC invites all women in construction to a meeting in Norwalk with speaker Alfred Fadel on contracts and construction law. The event includes dinner at 7 p.m. and hush host cocktails, open to guests and those interested. In Sierra Madre the Daughters of the British Empire host an annual fair with nursery rhyme themed booths, offering home baked goods and handmade treasures from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No admission fee.
