Cerritos approves 8.5 million budget for city hall plan
The Cerritos budget for 1975 76 totals just over 16 million with 8.5 million for a new city hall and redevelopment agency projects at 7.5 million. The plan, reviewed by the City Council on June 19, cites higher law enforcement costs and inflation as the reason for the hike, with reserves at 1.8 million and construction slated to begin by year end 1975.
