Welo divorce case and alimony order reported
Actress Martha Scott will receive temporary alimony of 1600 dollars a month while her divorce from Saul Shapiro of Los Angeles proceeds. Shapiro, 58, must also continue payments on their 20 room home as Scott, 57, asserts an 18 million dollar estate. They have been married 27 years with four children. Federal Judge Francis J. W Ford denied defense motions in the Spock antidraft conspiracy case. Sentencing for Spock and three co defendants is set for July 10 in Boston with possible five year terms and 70000 dollar fines. The group includes Yale Chaplain William Sloane Coffin Jr, 43, Michael Ferber, 23, and Mitchell Goodman, 44. Spock and others will appeal. Three antiwar protesters in Pittsburgh face possible five year terms for resisting induction as demonstrations outside the federal building continued.

Wallenda plans one more finale in Berlin this winter
Karl Wallenda 63, patriarch of the Great Wallendas, says he will make a special appearance in Berlin this winter after retiring from the world's premier high wire act two years ago. He had planned a final headstand at the Shrine Circus in Mexico, Missouri, but agreed to another farewell.
