Last Horse Laugh on Ex Wife in Million Sweepstakes Battle
James Stultz won the Trish Sweepstakes but a Wayne County judge denied his ex wife Cora any share. The judge ruled the ticket belonged to Stultz and noted the prior divorce decree remained intact. Stultz, a Westland car dealership porter, hadn’t received money and expects about 80 000 after taxes. The case cites that the ticket was worth 3 dollars before winning and that fraud and asset claims could have altered a settlement if proven.
