Hayden's Son Geis 344 Years I Would Rather Face Jail
Hayden, 21, son of actor Slevtlag Hsyten, was sentenced to prison for failing to report for induction under the Selective Service Act. He admitted borrowing a 17th century remark from John Bunyan to defend his stance that draft laws violate natural rights. A previous acquittal occurred due to a procedural error, and a later mistrial followed a juror’s partial vote. His father, a World War II Marine captain, supports his position.
