Publisher hit by porno suit in Los Angeles court
Dist Atty Joe Busch described a civil suit filed Tuesday against publisher Milton Simes and 31 defendants as a moral strike against hardcore pornography. The action seeks an injunction against alleged prostitution by Lures and closure of the business premises. Investigators gathered over 1,050 pages of records, including testimony from a girl who said she was 14 when she began paid sex acts for the organization.
