Legs gone not brain Disabled veteran of year honored
Miami Beach reports ex Marine Mike Johnson age 25 lost legs and fingers fading to a landmine injury. He became Disabled Veteran of the Year amid a 5000 member tribute banquet. He works as an engineering draftsman in Provo Utah. He hunts fishes and plays basketball. He married his nurse and has a one year old son. Johnson says they got his legs not his brain and aims to live fully.
