Armed robber escapee captured on Secret Witness tip

State prison escapee Conrad Frazier, 35, linked to eight to ten robberies, was arrested in Hayward after tips via the Independent Press-Telegram Secret Witness program. Long Beach detectives forwarded the tip to state agents who found evidence at the Hayward address. Frazier had escaped Susanville six months earlier while serving sentences for two Long Beach robberies.
