Lockheed picks Roy A. Anderson as chairman and CEO
Lockheed Aircraft Corp. announced Roy A. Anderson, 56, will become chairman and chief executive, succeeding Robert Haack who remains until the annual meeting on Sept. 29. Anderson will leave the vice chairman and CFO roles intact until then, after a companywide search found his aerospace background and Lockheed experience ideal for the top post. The firm also confirmed talks with Kawasaki for a license production of the P3C antisubmarine plane for Japan.
