Bess Bulgin closes Long Beach chapter moves to Oregon
After 31 years with Goodwill and church work in Long Beach Bess Bulgin retires to Oregon. She led the auxiliary to over 10 000 volunteer hours annually and oversaw funds for a new plant in 1960. Bulgin will preside at Elizabeth Fry Center in Los Angeles one last time and then relocate near Portland to Newark Oregon in mid August.
