Long Beach Polio Crash Program Aims at Immunization
Long Beach residents under five and young adults will join a crash program to immunize against paralytic polio. Health officials note most US cases last year were among under five children. The program reduces spacing between injections and includes 1 dollar shots at four local schools starting May 4 with flexible donations accepted.
