Primary February 18 Set by Democratic Town Central Committee

Death of Jno. T. King in Little Rock
Jno. T. King, a prominent Arkansas traveling salesman for the Guss Blass Dry Goods Company, died at 62 in Little Rock after a lingering illness. Funeral services are planned for Friday morning. He was a member of the Arkansas Travelers Protective Association.

Murder at Hope Ends in Continued Manhunt
A Hope marshal was shot by Will Green, a black man, near the post office after attempting to arrest him for a prior warrant.
