Crews from George Sheaf Co of Columbus began two sections of the citys 1,400,000 sewage disposal project. Work started at Fifth and Offnere Streets building collector sewers to feed the new plant near Lawson Run pumping station. Arson Arrest In Lucasville Blaze Linked To Two Earlier Fires
A 56 year old Lucasville man was arrested on a charge of arson for a second blaze at the Spears boarding home on North Street. State arson investigator Merlin E. Three Youths Injured In Pike County Crash
Three Scioto County youths were treated at Chillicothe City Hospital after a Wednesday night one car crash on Route 220 east of Waverly. In fair condition were Terry Mosley 17 David Arthurs 16 and Eugene Blevins 17 with severe or bad lacerations and joint pains. The car driven by Allen Jerome Adams 16 failed to negotiate a curve on a railroad overpass at Zohns Corner and struck a bridge railing.
