Cooper Pleads Guilty At Hearing Bond Set At 1000
Robey Cooper of Twin Creek pled guilty to shouting with intent to bin and was held on a 4000 bond after arraignment in municipal court. Unable to post bond he was jailed. relatives expected to post. Fred Cooper wounded in an ambush near Twin Creek reported recovering at Fort Portsmouth General Hospital. Fifty patients examined at Adams County Eye Clinic in West Union on June 10 with Dr Robart Toward and nursing staff leading the event.
