Acheson Claims Russians Poise Armed Bludgeon

Secretary of State Acheson accused Russia of wielding a poised bludgeon over weaker nations citing Communist plotting and military moves. Russians Set $20 Billion For Defense Needs

Flag Day observance planned in stadium tonight
