Brown Sees Herbert Act No Violation

Attorney General Paul W. Brown says Treasurer John D. Herbert may not have violated state law in investments in commercial paper rated prime by the National Credit Office. Body Of CBS Newsman Found In Cambodia

CBS reports the body of Gerald Miller, CBS News reporter producer, was found in a grave near Trani Knar about 34 miles southwest of Phnom Penh. Exhumed at the site where George S. Syvertsen was found June 3, two other men believed to be Ramnik Lekhi and Cambodian driver San Leng were also located from the May 30 ambush. The fates of four other newsmen remain undetermined.
