Hill View plans a groundbreaking ceremony at 4:30 PM Sunday for Hill View Retirement Center a new health care facility to be built north of the administration building. Nine roads in Scioto County to be patched this week

Engineer Timothy Thoroughman told Scioto County commissioners in his weekly road conditions report that nine additional roads will be patched this week. In other action, commissioners accepted a $1,650 check for the special Prosecutor's unit that investigates crimes at Southern Ohio Correctional Facility.
