Charles Lombard, 57, a former Clifton resident living at 14 Biehl Avenue, was badly injured Sunday when he was struck by a machine at Thirteenth and Monmouth streets. He suffered a possible fractured skull and cuts. The driver was identified as Carl Sean, 66, of Ft. Thomas, Kentucky, whose wife Marie Bazhold was also badly hurt when she leaped from her car to avoid the crash. Lombard’s birth background noted.
