Frank Berg of a Sripp county homestead near Dallas filed an assault complaint against W. H. Lynn of Dallas. Berg alleges Lynn beat Berg’s fourteen year old son after warning against cattle trespass and then attacked the old man, culminating in Lynn leveling a shotgun before Berg fled. The hearing is set for today.
