Polk Woman's Club November Meeting Held at Horstman Home
The Polk Woman's Club met in November at Mrs. Emma Horstman’s home with Mrs. Sylvia Sandell assisting. They voted to send Christmas gifts and cards to service members and to exchange gifts among members. Mrs. Sigrid Alfred and Mrs. Violet Sundberg led a lesson on National affairs. Refreshments followed.

The Village Board met November 5 1963 at 8 00 p m with most members present. The minutes were read and approved and treasurer and light and water reports were accepted.
