Benedict High Juniors host a chili feed and carnival on Friday November 18. The chili feed runs from 5 30 to 6 30 with one bowl at 60 cents and refills free. Carnival tickets cost 20 cents each or six for one dollar.

Pat Lindburg daughter of Mr and Mrs Bean Lindburg of Hordville participates in Bethel College St Paul Minnesota 21st annual festival of Christmas on December 24. She is a freshman music major sings in 58 voice women’s choir and is active in Christian service as piano soloist. The program features ten Alfred Burt carols with 200 voice Festival choir and orchestra theme Berger Arise Shine For Thy Light Is Come. Over 6500 people begin the holiday season at Bethel a Christian liberal arts community of 1867 students.
