Law, government and war in a hopeful hour
A long reader commentary argues that the Nebraska Public Service Commission should not suppress local voices by replacing resident agents with mobile ones. It condemns the Vietnam War and Watergate era secrecy, urges genuine public concern by agencies, and questions law as peace in a world of power and fear. It ends with a call for human brotherhood.
