Polk Garden Club Sees May Day Plans And Baskets
The Polk Garden Club met at Dorothy Adelson's home on Tuesday May 16 with fourteen members and one guest. Erma Adelson and Violet Sundberg led the program on May Day flowers and Mothers Day baskets. Four residents were chosen to receive May baskets. Carol Stevens presided, a plantings plan for the highway was set, Main Street baskets to be replenished, and a luncheon followed with Ida Nelson receiving the hostess gift.
