Ralph Walter Doremus born December 31 1917 in Stromsburg Nebraska died June 30 1970 in Colorado Springs Colorado He served in World War II and Korean War retiring as a lieutenant in 1967 He taught school before and after military service survived by wife Ruth son Ralf two daughters Beth Ann LaNita and siblings Funeral held July 3 in Osceola with American Legion Post 160 conducting rites interment at Stromsburg cemetery
