Local sponsors include Polk County Woman's Club Mrs Merle Stromberg Shelby Parent Teacher Association Mrs Mi L Ransom Stromsburg Women's Club Mrs Stanley Daft Rural Carleton Anderson Osceola Nebraska. The National Foundation faces unpaid care totaling over 544 million dollars by year end 1951.
