At the Farmers Co operative Grain Assn annual meeting January 22 in Polk Community Hall manager Dean Myers cited 213000 in savings on 3609000 in total sales. The coop bought 1180000 bushels of grain and 155 members shared a noon dinner. Neal Sandell was elected to a 5 year term on the board replacing Rolland Bodine. Four percent interest on capital stock with 40 percent paid in cash and 60 percent deferred.
