H S Parent-Teacher Meetings Successful
December 1 parent-teacher conferences at H S were deemed a success by parents and teachers. About 350 conferences were held with roughly 70 percent of all parents attending. The board will decide future conference frequency at the next meeting and explore improvements to waiting line procedures and scheduling.
WSCS Christmas Program At Polk United Methodist Church
The Polk United Methodist Church WSCS met in the church parlor on Thursday December 2. President Mrs Paul Coover and treasurer Mrs Leslie Adelson led the business session. The Christmas program Star of Wonder featured Mrs Conrad Lindholm in charge with a group of participants and music by Mrs Walter Nielsen and Mrs Leslie Adelson.
