Polk County Board approves 1961-62 budget in regular session
Polk County Nebraska Board of Commissioners met July 26 1961 for a public hearing on the 1961 62 county budget. No objections were raised and the budget was approved final levies to be set in August. Claims were audited and warrants drawn for numerous funds including general, extension service, emergency relief and road districts with payments to local officials suppliers and service providers. The meeting adjourned until August 1 1961.
