Local residents and visitors share a week of travel notes

Miss Alene Wright of York visited Polk last Thursday. A V Reed and E A Sodergren drove new Fords from Omaha the same day. Mr and Mrs Orlie Miller and daughter with Mrs W P Miller visited York last Thursday. Roswell Baker and family and Arleen and Donald Baker from Stromsburg visited Grandm a Glasser recently. Cypher Anderson and family returned to McPherson Kansas after visiting relatives. Threshing crew including Glasser Dahlin Graves Kaher Nelson and Smith enjoyed a Riverside Park picnic Wednesday. Nelson family Ira Glasser and Clark Snodgrass family shared Sunday dinner in Stromsburg. Mrs W F Robertson and daughter Audrey of Grand Island visited Mr and Mrs E L Gray last week. Mrs Lincoln of Los Angeles a niece of Mrs Gray also visited. Mrs J S Gustafson visited her father at York last week. J W Larson bought a Town sedan from Sodergren Motor Co last week. Miss Irene Peterson left Saturday for Aberdeen South Carolina for a two week vacation. Mrs C L Hedlund of Bertrand visited A Sodergren and family Friday. Alex Gustafson returned to Denver after visiting here. Miss W Gestrine and Frank Johnson of Holdrege traveled to North Platte to see a sister who had surgery there.
