Fort Walton Beach to Host Police Management Seminar
Fort Walton Beach Police Department and the FBI co sponsor a two day Police Management Training Seminar at the Civic Auditorium on March 11 and 12. FBI supervisors Robert T. Kelly and G. E. McNeely lead courses on police organization planning personnel management and human relations. The seminar runs 9 45 a m to 5 p m with no fee. open to command level staff and any department personnel.

A 21 year old airman died Wednesday at Pensacola Baptist Hospital after a motorcycle crash on Miracle Strip Parkway. Har ry S. Snover, also 21 and stationed at Hurlburt Field, died the same day. both riders were in the 4420 Transportation Squadron and were injured Monday when their motorcycle struck a power pole.
