Crestview authorities report a one car crash on old Bethel Road north of Crestview at 1 15 a m. Donald Long 25 a passenger in a vehicle driven by Billy Wayne Davis 21 was treated at Okaloosa Memorial Hospital then moved to Pensacola Baptist Hospital in critical condition.
