Cars Crash at the Union Corner This Morning
Sheriff Joe Mrasek and Deputy Emery Doody responded to a head on collision at the intersection of highways 75 and 34 near Union. A 1936 Chevrolet coach driven by Harry H. Lipp of Omaha collided with a 1933 Plymouth sedan driven by C. A. Pickard of Oska loosa Iowa. Both drivers failed to see the other vehicle in time. Mr Pickard and his companions were injured and taken to St. Marys hospital in Nebraska City.
