Daniel Hil and wife arrived from Arkansas after a wagon journey to Nebraska. One horse fainted on Main street and was aided by bystanders before being driven to the bar and shot. Will disposed of belongings and boarded his wife for Omaha. They left Carrot county Arkansas, passed through Oklahoma for harvest, then moved by rail to Omaha. He appears about 60, raised in Madison county Nebraska, now returning as a pioneer.
