Nevada visitors stay with Plattsmouth families
Mr and Mrs George Baker and their son Donald from Fernley Nevada arrived in Plattsmouth Sunday and met Mr and Mrs Walter Olson and Mr and Mrs Winford Dasher, the three ladies being sisters. They also visited in Louisville with Mr Baker's parents, W A Baker. The Bakers and son left Monday for Springfield Nebraska to visit Mrs Bakers parents James Anson and other relatives before returning to Nevada.

Damages Sought Over Frederick Death in Nebraska City Suit

Frederick filed in district court against Missouri Pacific Transportation Co. for 47594 damages after her son Herman Frederick died from injuries in a south city bus car crash on July 3. District Court Dismisses County Quarry Restraining Action
Judge W W Wilson dismissed with prejudice the Cass County restraining order against Joseph C Wheeler over rock quarry rights.
