Funeral of Old Resident Libershal
Funeral services for John Libershal Sr were held at Holy Rosary Church in the west part of the city. Father Ferdinand Suesser led mass with music by Avril Janda. Catholic Workmen and St James lodges attended. Interment was at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery in the family plot. Pallbearers included four sons August John Joseph and Frank Libershal Henry Meisinger and Anton Koubek Sr.

Mrs Peter Mumm Jr died at Methodist hospital Omaha at 6 20 after seven weeks of intense suffering. Born February 23 1874 in Plattsmouth she lived here most of her life. Survived by husband four children George Clarence rl and Clara Mumm one sister Mrs James Marasek of Grant. Funeral arrangements pending arrival of the body on Burlington train this afternoon.

Weyrich of Weyrich & Hadraba received praise from William Maxwell, Edison Phonograph Co. vice president, for a fine Italian Renaissance cabinet built to house a laboratory model Edison phonograph. The sixteen month project featured exquisite band carving and inlay work and drew admiration from Arthur Collins during a tone test.
