Fracas on Main Street last night at William Hinrichsen’s saloon drew police, left George Burr with a black eye and the Marshalls with facial cuts. In Judge Archer’s court, Frank Marshall senior and junior and George Burr faced charges. Burr pleaded guilty, the Marshalls not guilty, and a $5 fine plus $8 total costs was imposed.
